Convenient and Surprisingly Cheap

The ÖkoFEN automatic wood pellet heating systems we supply are available in a range of sizes to suit anything from a small, energy-efficient house to a large office or business premises. They are fully automated and require refuelling as little as once every twelve months, so are every bit as convenient as an oil or gas heating system. Wood pellet fuel for ÖkoFEN boiler systems is now available in bulk in the North of England, and (depending on fluctuations in the price of oil) is very competitively priced compared to heating oil, and is cheaper than LPG in most situations.

(Please bear in mind that there is a £100 annual service charge for ÖkoFEN automatic wood pellet heating systems to ensure faultless operation for years to come. This is comparable to the price of a service and safety check for a gas or oil boiler, which of course, should also be carried out annually.)

Flue:

The selection and correct sizing of the flue is important for perfect combustion and system operation. The section needed for the flue depends on a number of factors such as the nominal height rating and the effective height of the chimney. All designs must comply with current building regulations.

With the ÖkoFen ashbox, disposal has never been so clean and easy.

With a few manoeuvres the box is removed and the ash disposal in biodegradable maize bags.
